we should have a special section if we ever find collection agencies that are polite and kind.

If a collection agent is concerned and says to the debtor, "have I hurt your feelings?"... this collection agent should go in the hall of fame... before he/she gets fired.

There is a guy by the name of Jesse ext. 375 is a collector at this company.I told this guy if you know so much about the law then why are you collecting money for a living,he paused and he hung up.I found 99% of collectors should be fired due to they are handling people's personal matters in a unprofessional way and they let their personal feelings get in the way of making decisions.
