That's the fine line between obsession and trying to get your rights.
I understand fighting the corporation and government trying to fix credit. I spent a few months, solid eight hours a day trying to get results...

It can be frustrating..

I eventually stopped doing that as it wasn't profitable at that time.

I looked at the loan agreement or least what there was of it on your site. I also looked at what some financial bloggers, who apparently know you, commented about your situation. A lot of information has been left out and the loan agreement copy looks like it had a fight with a crab or lobster (and lost).

These people relate that, apparently RBC did inform you that demand monthly payments would need to be made prior to Dec. 2, 2000. Several bloggers offered advice on what you could have done to minimize your losses if you couldn't have made those unanticipated payments. I realize that bank ombudsman may be biased because of who signs their paycheck, but the same can't be said of the courts that found you liable.

It was obvious from reading about you that your resentment has turned into an obsession like Captain Ahab's for Moby Dick or Kahn's for Captain Kirk. Some people that know you say that they now have no respect for you. I gather from the info presented that you've allowed your hate to mutate you into a bit of a "nutbar" as demonstrated by your behavior. There's not much point in trying to reason with someone who has allowed hate to morph him into this sad state.

There was a guy up in Bancroft, Ontario, near Toronto, who developed a similar obsession over the OPP giving him a bogus trafic ticket while driving his transport. He also went off the deep end. The cops later seized his gun(s) after much campaigning by him against them. I'm not too sure where he is today but you probably don't want to go there.
