Geez Brooks, whadya expect? After all, this is the Canadian Money Advisor, home of the "What is a Lightbulb?" series.

Not sure what Joe Bartock, an accounting professor at Durham College, has to do with debt collections. I'm sure there's a story behind it, but I'm also sure it's not going to be worth the effort.

@ ABE....odd they decided they want to perhaps rephrase their last post.

Guess they didn't buy it either.

Exactly what consultation could you possibly provide for a trustee;
You would have us believe you posses some expertise that they are lacking.
Call your fee what ever you like.....end of the day you are just going to be getting a finders fee. Obviously you feel it will be more money then you made on commission harassing people on the phone.
Is your consultation business licensed...if so please provide us the number.
Just a couple of used up debt collectors claiming to have vast knowledge in order to collect money....yet right out of the gate you advise incorrectly re 7 days notice.
Not everyone on this site is gullible.

Btw....I have a bridge.........................

Well, for one thing, most debt settling companies have a name attached to them, along with a bio telling the public about the particular experience of their staff. Your website doesn't. Are you registered as a debt settler as required by law? Is John Watford your real name?

This forum is a landing spot for every con artist in the country; maybe the entire planet; maybe the galaxy; maybe the universe if there is extra-galactic life. Rarely does it get anyone who ISN"T a huckster. Do I need to explain?

Give Steve their number. I'll wager they'll soon be choosing another occupation.

Translation.
Once they get these unsuspecting people on the phone....because god knows they can not get any info from thier great website....they shuffle them to their partners in their so called network to close the deal.

They do the fishing....someone else reels them in.
