that's right genius......Almost !
Close, but no cigar...........................

Here's the best part. This was already discussed in the first trial, when I was defendant, Yes the vehicle was confiscated, and yes my mother bought it, and yes she let's me drive it and yes I signed the contract. So what ?

Now I'm the plaintiff, and now that all those questions are done, now it's my turn, bring these questions back up and I will tell you to read the wheatly transcripts. ( Res Judicata ) I'll give you a business name and address as soon as you give me your name and address... I'll give you a hint. Woodbridge ! http://youtu.be/DTFSLHHEMa8 want to know exactly what happened ? read the transcripts, they cost me $800 http://cottagerelief.com/images/Transcripts.pdf

If the car were under a mechanic's lien, then other parties having a security interest, in this case TD Finance, would have to be notified that the item was to be sold after 60 days according to the Repair and Storage Liens Act of Ontario. They would have to register the lien with the PPSR and give a copy to the finance company as well since they, too, have a legal interest in the vehicle. TD, in turn, would have contacted DOMAR and come to some sort of arrangement as the selling price of the car would almost certainly exceed any repair cost.

We obviously have a hostile witness who refuses to cooperate. So it must have been DOMAR Transmissions, your employer, or associate there.
