Find the proper channels to complain about this. I think you can complain the the Privacy Act for Canada.

They have been doing this to me. Have been mailing paperwork and phoning to an address I don't live at. Even after they check my credit report they keep using this wrong address. They do this I think so then all the paperwork never gets to you, then they go to court with this. The courts think you have the paperwork and just don't show. They then win. All documents should be served with a signature, that should be a law with these courts. Anyone can put a letter in the mail and say it has been served, but a signature would show that it has been served and received.

I have had nothing but problems with this agency. The keep calling my number for someone I do not even know. I have left numerous messages on their company voice mail and they still call!!!. I then went to contact BPCPA (Business Practices and Consumer Protection Authority) to advise them of this.

They gave me the mangers email and I emailed him to let them know they have the wrong number and to stop calling. He then fwd the email to another supervisor and he confirmed that the number has been taken out (this was back in 2006) then the calls have started up again in the later part of 2007.

Can these people just not take a hint!!!. I have complained about them a lot and they deserve to have their licenced pulled!!
