Hello everyone. Im a newbie in this kinda situation. I have a TD credit card debt $1800 that got referred to collection (the agency called Common Collection I believe). The debt is about 1.5 years old. The agency offered me 65% and won't go any lower but i can only settle for less than 50%. I heard that you don't need to deal with the CA so I called TD and they keep referring me back to the agency. I really want to get it settled. Please help.
