Most of TD Visa's credit cards are at 19.5% interest rate. TD Emerald card is at prime + 1.9%

TD Gold Travel Visa Card has the highest annual fee of $120.00. ( You have to pay $10 per month to collect air miles.)

It depends if you like to travel or if you just want a dirt cheap credit card. Keep in mind that credit card companies never work for free. If you've got any type of credit card with any type of benefit you're probably paying for it.
