Backstory:
I got my phone number in May 07.
I started recieving calls in October from iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency looking for someone who is not me and not the person I live with.
I phoned them back and informed them, they said they would stop calling.
They kept calling, so I went through the previous step again.
No calls for awhile (a few weeks.)
And they just called again and left a message.

So....is there some magical thing that I need to do/say to get them to leave me alone? Suggestions?
