Ultimately you want to make sure that there are no marks on your credit report. You should make sure that iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency hasn't reported this to Equifax Canada or TransUnion Canada . Get them to do this in writing if possible.

Make sure you complain to consumer protection if you don't get this conformation.. Otherwise, iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency could report this to the credit bureaus electronically & systematically as they've been known to do from time to time :)

Strike one for them.. they called, i took Everyones advice here and so far it worked, THANK YOU.. i called them back tonight, Told them i MUST have EVEYRHTING in writting FIRSt with all dates, corrispondants, and matters BEFORE i would ansswer thier questions or deal with them, ANd if the calls didnt stop i would be making a small Court claims case for $10,000 for business interuptions... they called me back stating CASE CLOSED and sorry for any inconvience!
