Notice is hereby given that in the notice published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 137, No. 43, dated Saturday, October 25, 2003, on page 3315, the text should have read as follows:

"Notice is hereby given of the issuance on September 12, 2003, pursuant to section 22 of the Bank Act, of letters patent incorporating ICICI Bank Canada and, in French, Banque ICICI du Canada."
