Ya got all the same reason as to why my loan didn't go through. As for Shelly and Wayne they'll get waht's coming to them. I was approved and if she's saying that people that didn't recieve there loan were not approved then why did they say we all were? I'm getting so sick of this crap. I did contact phone busters and they stated that this is a scam, the more people report the better.

Call the numbers on this thread and report them... and when they finally get caught, sue them in small claims court.

Hi Monty,
Great pod cast, works very well.
I would just like to add something to your comments, I spoke to the Consumer Protection people this morning with regards to Trans Canada Loans Inc, they have now infact opened and investigation file into this company.
They did infact tell me that now under the Consumer Protection Act 2002 no loans company may as for a deposit-- No Exeptions it is an offence under the Act and they can infact be prosicuted for this. They are very helpful with a lot of good advice, I myself contacted Trans Canada Loans, and they are infact calling me back tomorrow (Thursday) as I have been approved. Lets see what happens ans the CP gave me a lot of advice which I will use when I talk to them tomorrow. I will let every one know the results as I am dealing with some one in the CP who would like as much info as possible, so I hope to get that for them.

As they advised me DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY WHAT SO EVER.

So please any one dealing with these people for your own safety stay well clear.

Keep in mind that TransCanada Credit which is affiliated with Wells Fargo is not affiliated to Trans Canada Loans Inc.

And... oh yeah... if you've sent a void cheque or banking information to these people, NOW would be a good time to contact your bank's fraud department.

And now, I would suggest that anyone who has applied for a loan with this company... and in so doing given them every piece of information they need to steal your identity... sign up for a credit monitoring service (I use identity guard for equifax. Transunion will allow you to sign up for a monitoring service directly with them.) to watch for unauthorized activity.

At the first hint of an unauthorized inquiry, place a fraud notification on your file, notify your banks, and notify your creditors.

Yeah, I guess you make a good point. By getting the company on the forum, their name goes high up on the Google list. And so people researching the outfit sees their reputation before any harm is done. That's why I did what I did with Natale Law Office and her endeavours. I knew by getting her name on the forum, Google would be flooded with the links and people would see her shenengans. And the plan worked.

However, with respect to these loan scam companies, even if the cops shut them down, they get probation and they open up a new boiler room the next week.

I just got off the phone with   http://www.phonebusters.com. I set up a file regarding Trans Canada Loans Inc

VERY IMPORTANT
Phone busters indicated that ALL victims must create a report for their own issue. If you've been a victim of Trans Canada Loans, each individual must call   http://www.phonebusters.com themselves..
