Re:VFC - TD Auto Finance Fraud - END OF THIS THREAD

Postby montyloree » Mon Dec 31, 2012 10:18:01 AM

THIS THREAD IS CLOSED:
I'm tired of mediating the negative banter on here...
I am away from my main computer.... but when I get back, i'll close the thread permanently... in the meantime, please respect my wishes...

Respectful discussion that helps is nice...however, we have people reporting others as spam as soon as they post...

The definition of spam is where some one posts ads or irrelevant information on the site... it's not where we don't like somebody and mark everything they say as spam...

If we're getting to that point, then I need to close the thread...

Let's move on to something else. Thanks

Your wife did NOT apply on my site. YOU DID. You brough your wife to Barrie Ford SHE gave her info including her tax information to the salesman there... Please - I will answer questions - but will NOT answer the same question at Nauseam - that was the point TJ and Monty were making. The info you gave to me - I gave to Barrie Ford - They contacted you and had OTHING to do with my site - I dont have a PORTAL - They used all of there internet tools etc. there sites/portals/ etc. from that point on... is that clear?

If as you say this is such a big conspiracy and it is rampant with fraud.....Why have you not gone to police....why is RCMP not involved as this is a nationwide problem and banks are federally regulated.
Have you filed a complaint with police and if so what was the response. IF not why not?

Why is this not on news everyday....where are all the class action lawsuits. Can you site one case that has gone to court and won....as surely you are not the only one to have experienced this so called fraud.

Hi Steve - I dont even know who Phil Walker is? I have told you many, many times in email, on the phone. I cant be MORE clear. Barrie Ford sold you the car. PERIOD. This a.m. I looked at the declaration that you signed - stating ALL info you gave was true. It also states that any statements on the contract or credit ap that were untrue constitutes a criminal act and will evoke criminal prosecution? It required you to plainly state the UNSIGNED credit ap - The info you gave to your salesman WAS 100% true. The declaration was there as an understanding that many applications are taken over the phone...The declaration was a stop guard against people stating they never gave there info etc. The reason - in my opinion - that nobody from Barrie Ford is bothering to get involved in this type of banter with you is they KNOW your deal was 100% correctly executed.

I have to assume you brought all this up back in Dec in court. Why then did judge decide you were wrong and find for the plaintiff. He found no wrong doing....no fraud.... nada.
Why did you not file an appeal if you had or have all this so called new evidence.
But be aware an appeal does not review new evidence it simply goes over what was already presented in court by a different judge.

You did not insult anyone, people are just tired of this same thing everyday. Your questions are directed to one individual.....why should we all have to endure it....pls take it to a private pm or email....please.

Conversation should be factual... it seems that tempers are overheated on this forum thread... it's good to be passionate about what we're doing...

creditbyted / Ted Hamelin has been kind enough to come onto the site and explain his side of the story...

While it is nice to talk about these issues, the specifics should be left to a phone call between the two parties... we don't need to know about absolutely every detail...

We know that sometimes there are issues between creditors and borrowers.. this forum is all about letting consumers know their rights.

I'm thinking that when we're getting into the minute details of a case, that should be done in private... posting your credit report online for the world to see is a no no...

Let's stick to the facts is a rational manner... passion is good, but let's keep the insults out of the forum...

Thanks
