They just gave a subpena to my mother May 23 2012. The subpena was issued May 16th 2012. :-) the plot thickens.......

They want $14,824.96 After I already paid $12,000. The car was originally only worth $16,900. plus a $5000. buy out. They were Charging 19.5 % interest.

I can't really say what was discussed at the settlement conference, I will disclose it all after though, through my mini documentary. It's to complicated to tell my story in just one sentence, and I can't show all my cards right now.

But I will tell you this, I do have a very solid case. That's why I'm not backing down, And I truly believe my case will not only help others, but seriously damage TD's Reputation.

As I've always said. I just want what's fair, And I think a judge will pass his judgment accordingly.

Incidentally, how much is VFC suing you for? Or is that a secret?
