They won't let me speak to anyone - they just raise their voices, become beligerent and then hang up - and I don't know what a 10 for 1 special is

It is just frustrating because I don't have a lot of time to pursue this - so to add insult to injury they are wasting my valuable time too

No, the police are very, very unlikely to help; but this one's like taking candy from a baby. Strictly, duck soup. Get the number of anyone higher up than a grunt in the company and give them the old "10 for 1 special."

I don't know what province you're in so I can't give the number of the ombudsman or anyone else without that to you.

I have been getting hang up calls at all hours and when I tryed to resolve this I was subjected to people yelling and being rude to me AND I DON'T EVEN OWE ANY MONEY! I am furious that I could be treated this way. The person they are looking for has never lived at this address and when I tried to explain it to "Khan" at Canadian Bonded Credit he said he didn't care. I tried three times to get someone to help get me off the list and they wouldn't even let me speak to a manager or supervisor. Can someone tell me what to do - could I call the police because this is very definately harrassment.
