Insurance data banks are available world wide within a group and most insurance companies automatically log court cases to prevent this sort of thing, they take your premiums, but if and when you make a claim, depending on the size of the claim, they may or may not pay out, depends how your particualars were logged, if your dob was recorded etc and if they can get a perfect match to you.

Best to tell them, at worst they refuse, at best they might up your
premiums, but them they will pay out if youre unlucky.
