We have $ 100,000 in credit card, and credit line debt (unsecured).
So far we haven't defaulted on any payments but now we have 30k from the sale of my business & we want to postpone bankruptcy until the future. Would it be unethical to take this money and invest it abroad, and not make any pmts? We are planning to move abroad for awhile, maybe forever. If we come back in 6 months, we would like to deal with bankruptcy/consumer proposal then.
