The ombudsman for the TD Financial Group is Paul Huyer.

TD Bank is currently revising their websites and is causing some difficulty in locating the information you are seeking. For the time being, "Google" TD Bank Ombudsman and you will be able to find the procedures to take to address your concerns. It will provide you with the addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses.

During the past several months, TD Bank has been running an ad campaign in the print media, television, internet and outdoor advertising boasting that they are the #1 bank in Canada for customer satisfaction not only for the current year but also for the previous 5 years. Put them to the test. In other words, to be blunt, it's PUT UP OR SHUT UP time.

how to obtain copy of contract

Postby mskathleen » Tue Nov 01, 2011 06:49:58 PM

My brother financed a truck through the TD. He just recently passed away and I am trying to obtain a copy of the contract that he signed with TD. I'd like to know if he took out insurance. TD has been evasive in my requests for a copy. I am the Executor of his estate and have sent a copy of the Executor and death certificate. How can I get a copy of the contract? They have said that they are coming to pick up the truck. But I'd like to know where I stand first. Please advise.
