Sounds like a pretty easy situation.
Do you owe the $168?
Can you pay the $168 to Bell Mobility?
Put a call into them and ask them what the problem is.
If you don't owe the money, Bell Mobility will be able to call off the collection agency.

hello can you help me?
i got a letter stating that i owe 168$ to bell mobility but the thing is is that i NEVER got any letters from bell since a long time and the letter that d&a sent me has no date and only numbers i think it's weird anyways just want to know if maybe it could be a con and if d&a has a quebec office?
