My wife's account with a wireless company was place with them in error.

Here is my experience. Vancouver Branch

They kept phoning me on my cell phone. Remember wife's account.
I have NEVER had an intelligent conversation with a male member of the staff.
They sounded like a broken record "You have 24 hrs to pay". They never stated the or else.
One of them tried to force me to play guessing games with him. The penalty if I didn't was to harass my wife at work, with the intention of having a negative impact on her employment.
- I refused, he said "i'm gonna phone your wife at work" and hung up on me.

- He probably expected me to call him back. Instead I called the wireless company and filed a complaint and asked for their help.

I closed my cell phone account with them and wrote a letter to them explaining I closed it because of their collection agency. Remember it was my wife's account, I closed mine. The wireless company is now missing out on $150/month as a direct result of this guy at the collection agency.

NEVER hesitate to file a complaint about a collection agency with their client, the company you owe money to. You are actually the boss. You are a customer of your creditor, and your creditor is their customer.
