How did we misinform people here? What "unlawful" statements did we post? Or is it because we're all here helping and educating others so you guys can no longer bully others into paying their "debts" that aren't theirs?

I have asked DCA 9 times at last count and been hung up on 7 times and told they are licenced nationwide (yeah right) twice. Oh yeah, they also refused to send me a letter stating the balance owing interest charge and interest rate. So why would I pay them anything?, oh yeah i dont have a reason to. lol

The funniest thing about DCA is that their website has every payment type possible. You can Pay online by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex. You can send a certified cheque to their office, you can make a payment by phone by credit card. The best part about it was that the only payment they would let me make was by western union at a western union office. Very strange...Oh and Mario, you are confused. I / we are not your client and definitely NOT your customer(s). Your client is the lender who sold you some account for pennies on the dollar. Your job is to harass people while claiming to have a big bad legal department behind you and that you are representing the lender. In fact your are probably a sad unhappy and angry small man who feels more powerful when they can make people feel small and insignificant by belittling them over the phone over a couple hundred bucks. I don't have to hide behind a phone in a little cubicle to get people to pay me back my money dude,

Mario..C'mon man... DCA Said they have "Hundreds of Lawyers" and would sue me in 72 hours and take my car ( I only owed a few hundred bucks.) so:

"verbally or in writing, collect or attempt to collect money or effect or attempt to effect seizure of goods by stating an intention or threat to proceed with any action for which he does not have lawful authority"

Besides I never signed any agreement with the loan comany agreeing to transfer a bad debt to an outside agency so DCA can take a hike becase it seems what they are doing might be borderline illegal. I'll have to check.
