actually, federal credit has a few offices across canada. they have one in regina, SASK, one in st. catharines, ON and one in montreal, QC.

After receiving the same message about once a week for a month and ignoring it until I got fed up, I called the number (1-866-440-4761) and waited on hold for about 25 minutes until someone picked up. I gave her my phone number, she pulled up the account, and it turned out she was looking for someone completely different at the same phone number.
