I owed iQor, Inc formerly iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency money for TD Canada. I paid them off of a total of $418.00 about 2 months ago. I have repeatedly asked for a release letter. I was told the day I paid my account I could get the letter in the mail within the next week. I have called and called and "Michael E" the collector, has been gving me the run around ever since. He said it's in the mail, you should have got it by now. I gave him a fax number last week...still haven't received one. When I call he acts like I'M bother HIM!? Today was the last straw. I called to tell him about not getting a fax...he said it" I thought u got it?" He then continued with the famous "I'll pass you off to the manager" who was of course not at his desk. I don't need to be contacted a year from now saying I owe this money. I know all about how agencies work. I just would like to know if there is a way I can go about having them quickly send it out to me. I would like to let them know that I know they can't give me the run around, but I want to be accurate with what I tell them.
Thanks
