Hi I just have a couple of questions regarding a proof of claim or debt validation letter.

Does anyone have an example of one suited for Canadian requests?
I've done quite a bit of searching on-line and have yet to see one that applies to our legal system. I basically know what to ask for but just wanted an idea of the layoutadditional wording of the letter.

Also more importantly, is sending a proof of claimdebt validation letter an admission of debt?

I reside in Ontario.
