As a 90 year old widow, and retired qualified book keeper/accountant.I have been sent a letter of debt owing for the amount of $52.80 cents (the cents is for these stupid money hungry idiots) Anyways here is my story, once upon a time I ordered a set of music discs called The Ultimate Dance, from Readers Digest back in 2009.As the time went by while I waited for my bill to come I received more stuff from Readers Digest that was being billed on different account numbers, to which I had to correspond with Reades Digest to clairify and correct the issue of multiple account numbers. To which I would like to thank Readers Digest for helping straighten the matter out, good for Readers Digest and thank you.Now in the mean time I received my bill as proof of payment for the music purchased. Then the letters started coming, mind you being 90 years old I did not know or understand what it was I was receiving, and really did not know what to do with these collection letters.During the first few phone calls which were recorded messages, I hung up like anyone would do with an unwanted call of that nature. Then came the hurrassing personal phone calls and NCO even had the balls to hang up on a long time customer of READERS DIGEST and believe you me there were down right aggressive, ingorant, dissrespectful etc.. One mourning one of my sons was on the couch sleeping when the phone rang "8:30 a.m. When he asked who it was, the caller from NCO said it was none of his bussiness, well he certainly told them to go F**k *ff.and informed them we have a receipt. These phone calls have go on now for ever, each time ending with me or my son hanging up due to dis-respect on their end. As of April 11,2011 the last phone call ,again they were told we have a receipt and when my son asked why they do not check back with THEIR CLIENT (Readers Digest) my son was told by NCO, they do not communicate with any of THEIR CLIENTS during the collection process. What the F**K GIVES WITH THAT,no ongoing or current communication with their clients. How can any company conduct proper business if that said company (NCO) does not communicate in an ongoing and informative maner with their clients and their clients customers to have current and up to date information.L.O.L A**Holes. No communicating with their CLIENTS AND THEIR CLIENTS CUSTOMERS amounts to illegal assureances by a financial service to carry out and conduct business under a regulated industry.Or mabey COLLECTION SERVICES ARE NOT bound by legalities covered under the Ontarios Act of financial services.OR BETTER YET GO BACK TO MONTREAL if you can not learn the countrys english language and our laws. P.S. A**HOLES as a informed and educated day trading invester I would not let you guys touch my money to invest,,,, oh wait your not a true financial service, after all, you are only a collection service. You are F**king fakes.Sia F**cking NaraGOOF. The son of an abused and harrassed 90 year old.NCO CAN SUCK MY $ALLS ,Laissez-moi tranquille! le fils d`une femme folle qui peut t ` comprendre les dilemme.
