I found this CIBC Ombudsman Link on google. The ombudsman is Step 3 on their website.

Step 3 - CIBC Ombudsman

Assuming you have followed the complaint escalation steps outlined above, the CIBC Ombudsman will acknowledge your complaint right away. Then, providing legal action has not been taken on the matter, the Ombudsman will conduct a thorough investigation.

In most cases, you will receive a decision regarding your concern within ten business days.

they are stopping my mortgage

I applied for a mortgage and to my surprise Loyalist has a file against me for over 1100$ for Cashier Inc. I have never heard of this company and dont know who they are nor have I ever recieved anythign from this agency. I need help to get his off my report to move forward with my mortgage. It was origianlly filed in October of 2002 and updated Jan 2004 with no previous notification to me or contact with me.
