People need to order their credit reports from Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada

This is the first step to knowing what is happening with your credit, and gives you a direct look at what the creditors are seeing when you apply for credit.

NOTE: There are two credit reporting agencies / credit bureaus in Canada. Equifax and TransUnion and you need to get your credit report from both.
