I have read many numerous reports about how iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency have harrassed people.

It's important I get all of this in writing from iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency ...
? I need to see my original signature of where I cosigned the loan. Otherwise there is no proof that I owe any money.
? I need to see where I gave the creditor authorization to use a third party collection agency to collect from me, in writing.
? I need to see the collection agents/agency's license for collecting in my province. Otherwise the phone calls are illegal on your behalf.
