Hey there everyone. Kinda stressed out about this whole situation. Heres the rundown.

I decided to buy a brand new vehicle at the age of 21. I got fired from work for going to the hospital to see my girlfriend cause she was just in a car accident. I got fired and they showed no sympathy. Either way, I havent yet found a job and cant afford the car.

Ive been doing some reading and talked to a legal advisor. Is it true that if they have already contacted me about coming to collect the vehicle. How should I act. Do i sign papers, or just let them seize the vehicle without me being around. I was told that if im there when its seized i have to sign papers and i can end up paying some money?

I know i am going to take a hit on my credit but there is no other option at this point. My dad even said it might be best to let them take it. The legal advisor said that I wont have to pay for anything because its a seizure. In bc the law is seize or sue correct, and if they have already sent it to a repo company and they come take it, im off scott free minus the credit hit?
