Well, I must say, you're pretty diligent.
Where as I kind of liked Lee / Rudolf way back when, he did have a tendency to piss people off pretty bad.

I visited him and Leeanna years back and spent a few days with them at their cottage in Texas. Honestly, Lee was of such poor health, I didn't expect him to be practicing much longer.

So... was it worth the 5 years of hounding him?

Yes I've heard of Lee Harrison Credit Restoration. (in my opinion) he stole $850 from me in 2003, then told me to "F" off "I got your money" and apparantly has done this to many others as well. I sued him in 2006 in the 18th Judicial Court of Wichita Kansas court docket # 06SC526 (316) 660-5630 and was awarded a large judgement plus interest and court costs. I then had it domesicated in Dallas Texas in 2007, Which forced Rudolph J. Strobel (aka Lee Harrison) Texas D.L # to pay the judgement. After almost 5 years of chasing this crook (in my opinion) the Federal Trade Commision has taken notice and has proceeded with a injunction to stop him from doing buisness as of 3 Sept 2008, and the FTC does not do these things unless it warranted, so take heed. (public information) It is my ultimate goal, to see him and his wife Leanna Harrison of , jailed for fraud, conspiricy and theft, but we'll see what happens. Yes, as I stated, the judgement was domesicated in Dallas county, and my attorney KEN FORD, was about to have a "writ of execution" signed by the judge, which meant, the $10,000 surety bond held at Cemntury Bank, IAW Texas law, was going to be seized by the Dallas county Constable and issed to me. Rudolph Strobel contacted Ken ford, and offered to settle for $800.00. We denied the offer since the lawsuit and subsequent domesicated suit paperwork was for $3,998.12 plus attorneys fees and 12% annum. Rudolph called again to offer approx $2,000 and once again I said "NO" to Ken ford and said that it was my opinion that Rudolph Strobel was an idiot and a crack smoker if he thought for one second i was going to settle for less. Rudolph Strobel then alledgedly offered $4,500, and I accepted this offer to settle, and not take the surety Bond IAW Texas finance code. All of this is of course hearsay, and opinion, and thus which is presented as fact, is a matter of public record. Wow... did you actually get the cash from Lee Harrison / Rudolf Strobel?

I sued Rudolph J. Strobel, Leanna R. Harrison and Lee Harrison Credit Restoration in a Kansas court in 2006. In August of 2007, I hired an attorney to domesicate the judgement in Texas. Once domesicated, Rudolph J. Strobel agreed to Settle for approx $3,998.12 plus 12% annum and attorney's fees before the surety Bond was seized at the bank. In my opinion, subsequent to this, the three previously mentioned associated entities, refused to refund my money, and never provided me any "credit" resoration services in any manner. Previous to my suit, my phone calls, mail, emails and requests were all ignored. I traveled to Naples and I have personally met Rudolph Strobel Twice, and he never knew who I was. He never knew how close he came to being beat to a pulp.......(disclaimer, all of this is opinion, and the lawsuit information is a matter of public information in both Wichita Kansas and Dallas County, Texas)

Yes, Joe, R.J.STROBEL, Lee Harrison was in Texarkana Hospital and Rehab for good while, in serouis cond.
He was released, and I have not heard from them by choice.

The laws work much differently in Canada. Suing is not as easy here.

Lee Harrison's / Rudolf Strobel's sister got on here a while back and indicated that he's in the hospital.

You should do a search on him and see what she said.

There are alot of folks in Canada who wish they could sue like you guys in the U.S.

The actual owner of Lee Harrison Credit Resoration/repair is indeed Rudolph J. /Strobel of 2888 cr 1969 naples, tx 75568. There is no such person named lee harrison.

I succesefully sued him and won $3,998.12 in the 18th judicial district court in 2006. There is currently a federal lawsuit underway and criminal fraud charges on the way (hopefully)

I am also building a website to tell my story to ANYONE thinking of using his service as well as all of his personal information.

I have spent 3 year chasing this peice of crap after he stole 900.00 from me for credit repair services he never rendered.

I will be happy to share all of my info and research with anyone who contacts me.
