I have also experienced the rudeness of someone claiming to work for iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency . In reading the other comments I too, was asked to contact the number 1.877.503.2115. When doing so they did not give any reasoning as into why they had contacted me and when I asked what they did and what kind of company it was she simply said we do lots of things and that was all. Needless to say that I have left a V/M as well as sending an email to omb@irmc.com.
