I seem to be in the same situation as you with IQOR/rogers and am in the middle of trying to fix the same issue. My file is supposed to be from september 2003 and apparently i've made a payment in 2007.
The best advise i can offer is get IQOR's fax number and send them a letter asking for verifiction of acct., they have 30 days to prove that its yours. eqaifax seems to be of no help but i suggest sending them the same letter, after that the only options i've been advised of is euther small claims court or a lawyer.

I've been receiving collection calls for the last 3yrs from various collection agencies regarding an alledged debt I have with Rogers. With the previous two agencies I've sent letters to then and to one of their lawyers looking for proof to substantiate the debt. Now I've noticed IQOR has my debt and an entry has been replaced by the previous companies with this one.

My question is

How do I get this removed from my credit file? I've sent a leter to equifax to investigate and they have sent a letter back that they cannot do anything at this time but I could put a comment on my report.

This is getting annoying and I don't like the blemish on my file. If I send them a letter as well I imagine it will only move on to the next agency and so on. The alleged debt is from May 2006.

The limitation period in Ontario is 2yrs.

Not sure what my next step should be?
