What do you need to apply?
To qualify for Capital One Low Rate Guaranteed Secured Mastercard you must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence. You must reside in AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, ON, PE or SK. And you must not have an existing Capital One account or have not have applied for a Capital One account within the last 65 business days or did not have a Capital One account that is not in good standing within the last 12 months prior to applying.

A security fund of a minimum of $75 may be required before you get the card. You can send it by cheque or money order but please do not send post-dated cheques or cash.
