I wasn't aware of this but according to the Barrie Advance, the federal governments proroguing is affecting the credit card industry.

Lol.. the picture on this article says Prorogation = Dictatorship... so in essense they're calling the Prime Minister a dictator.

The Canadians against Proroguing now has over 218,000 members and can be found here: http://www.facebook.com/search/?q=proroguing&init=quick#/group.php?gid=260348091419&ref=search&sid=635980574.1481994665..1

You can email the facebook group admin at: clwhite@ualberta.ca

I think I heard this guy on a Q interview with Jian Gomeshi on http://www.cbc.ca/podcasting/pastpodcasts.html?42

I'm curious to know more about if consumers are going to have problems with their credit card insurance costs, because of this proroguing.. I'll have to do some research.

218,000 people are pretty upset on that facebook group.. that's quite a large group.

By proroguing Parliament, Harper killed an array of bills, including crime legislation and limits on credit-card insurance costs. The committee examining the torture of Afghan detainees was also shut down.
