Hello

I would advise you to contact the company for which iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency is doing the collecting and pay the source directly. I work with a company at the present time and iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency collects our final accounts. The customers often choose to pay us directly and as soon as he debt is paid we remove the account from agency and send them a final invoice. Furthermore, the agency would never suggest this to you because they have objectives & deadlines to meet. Therefor, they prefer that you pay them directly. So my advice to you would be to pay the source company for which the agency is contacting you. Hope this helps

iQor Collection agency - CBCL

Postby marye » Thu Feb 09, 2006 12:00:00 AM

My mother has a debt with a credit card that is now with iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency . She made a agreement with them to settle but when she went to western union to pay, they had no listing for the company. The rep she spoke to also gave her a different address then the one on the original letter from iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency .This sounds fishy to me. Whatare the chances the original debtor will accept her settlement ($3000 on a $8000 debt). Should she try to pay them instead? Is there anyway for her to be sure they are really collecting for the credit card?
