Do you have any family history of those critical illnesses they list for?

I have a question for a change.

My experience with insurance companies is they rarely payout on claims and even if they do its like pulling teeth.

I have this agent hammering me becasue I expressed interest in a BMO product, but based on the above I am reluctant to waste money on it.

Is critical illness insurance a scam or is it worth it?
