He is my situation... in 2006 i filed for bankruptcy, got discharged in 2007, all went fine. Got my equifax report the other day, all is ok but, some accounts that were included in the bankruptcy are still being reported on..

example, I had a wells fargo account, included in the bankruptcy in 2007, it states last reported in 05/09 as I9... now the trade does say included in the bankruptcy, when will this fall off the bureau ? 6 years from the last date reported or from the actual date of bankruptcy ? why would they still report on this ? just to keep it active on the bureau ? what should I do about this ?
