Over the years I have used my airmiles to get a few trips. I got a trip from Winnipeg to St John's Newfoundland, and another trip from Winnipeg to Las Vegas.

In total it takes me about 2 years to save up enough points, but I think it's worth it. I shop at Safeway, and shell gas anyways, so I might as well get some extra benefit for it.

I'm not sure why air miles gives away cameras, and all those other electronic gadgets. They have nothing to do with travel. I don't think I would ever get those things.. They seem so expensive.

When I look at the initial differences between a regular TD Visa credit card and an American Express Air Miles card, the differences are huge.

I have both TD Visa's GM Card and TD Visa Credit and the American Express Air Miles for business card. I tend to use the American Express card because it generates air miles which I can use on an ongoing basis.

I have used the TD GM Visa, but I'm only getting a new car every 4 years. I maxed out on my TD GM Visa points early so I don't need those any more. I can only use so many TD GM Visa miles when I buy my next car.

American Express Air Miles don't have a limit. That's especially good when I want to travel. You can collect them and there is no ceiling to the amount you can have.

I just got my statement from Air Miles . In the statement they have to talk about all of the advertisers and products and services for which I can spend my air miles on.
