You can't get your plate until the debt is paid.

It can be settled for less then you owe, however you need to have stayed off the highway for a certain period of time.

How much do you owe them?

I have reviewed the 407 ETR plate denial procedures, and hardship repayment program. From the brief research I have done on the internet it doesn't look like they will set up a payment plan and remove your plate denial.

Does anyone here have any experience with regard to having the plate denial removed and setting up payments to clear your account?

Or has anyone been able to convince them to settle the total amount outstanding in a lump sum payment for a % of what was currently owed?
