I have proposed a settlement with DCA for 2 payday loans and WF for another;

Payday loan #1 - 2500 to 1310 from 2006
Payday loan #2 - 1000 to 590 from 2006

WF - 6000 to 2000 from 2005

They both have accepted the offers but I tried to get them to agree to a Pay for delete offer. They declined!!!!

My question is what is better paying them off with a settlement notation on my CR or waiting them out until I get the "Pay for delete" agreement.

I also opened a can of worms with DCA because when I got the wriiten acceptance of the offer from WF, tried to call DCA to settle with them and now they call me everyday....

I have both settle agreements in writing and I got approved for a loan to pay them. The only other thing on my CR thats negative is 1 SL which keeps getting bounced around between CA's. I made the mistake of making some payments on it in 2005 which reset the clock otherwise it was 15 yrs old.

On other thing I had a judgement in 2006 against me for 900 which they garnished my wages, but it's paid but it still shows up "not paid"
Is there anyway to get this removed?

Someone please help me before they take away these offers!!!!!
