The Self-Counsel Press company mentioned to me that they're coming out with a self help book on Bankruptcy. This should be available in October. If you would like to preorder this book, just let me know.
I don't think that the Self-Counsel Press company has a link yet.
Although we strongly advise that bankruptcy is a last resort, it is a good thing to study up on the subject before even thinking about it. Bankruptcy is regulated by the Federal Bankruptcy and Insolvency act which is approximately 350 pages in length. It's a very complicated act and most people who I've spoken with who have declared bankruptcy have mentioned that they had no idea what they were doing, when they declared bankruptcy.
I will get you the link as soon as I receive it for the Self-Counsel book on bankruptcy.
This book will be available to residents of Canada, Canadian, British Columbia (B.C.), Alberta (Alta), Saskatchewan (Sask), Manitoba (Man), Ontario (Ont), Quebec, Newfoundland (Nfld), Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island (P.E.I.) , New Brunswick Bankruptcy self help book.
