Ive been in contact with the FIDO fraud dept. they concure i have never had a FIDO account and have instructed me to get in contact with the collection agency and try and clear it up that way.

Contact Resource Services is a collection agency that specializes on out-of-date and basically uncollectible debts.

If they violate Ontario law, sue them.

I have lived credit free for a number of years my last reported credit payment was 05/01/1999.
So i decided to buy my mother a washer/dryer combo from the brick i thought meh ill put it on the dont pay thing for a few months for giggles.
Well it was denied the guy said i wasnt even on the map or in there system. Wich i took as salesman talk for "denied" So i got my credit score from transunion and i see this ...

Ive never owned a stupid FIDO phone how do i find out about this in detail ? Do i call CRS ? Maybe i had a fido phone years and years ago could this be from way back when ?
