I believe your going to see inflation kick in soon. The Americans are still printing money like crazy, so it’s a matter of time. The Canadian dollar is going to be parity or higher soon and that’s going to hurt the Canadian economy. If the Canadian dollar goes higher then parity, Canadians will be going to the states to buy and that could put the recession even deeper. The Americans know their economy is not going to recover soon, so it’s in their best interest to keep our countries down till they get back on their feet. I believe I heard that credit card defaults might reach one billion in Canada this year or next.
