has anyone dealt with Kuperstein and Associates. Apparently they do the heavy handed stuff for money retrieval for a few of the payday companies. I took out a payday loan a few months ago and they tried to take the money out of my account a day early which in turn caused a NSF charge and they subsequently continued to submit for payment every couple of days. It was quite a mess to clear up. Had to close my account and reopen another one. In the meantime my computer went down for a couple of weeks and when I contacted them to make payment they had sent it to collections. Kuperstein threatened me, my sister and my landlord continuously for $3000. It was a $200 loan six weeks old. Go figure. I contacted Financial Consumer Agency and Ministry of Govt Consumer Services as well as my lawyer. No word from Kuperstein as of today.
