I'm working with a person who has had some issues with Citibank who I found out is a foreign bank in Canada.

The collection officer at the bank was completely unwilling to budge or talk about anything. I'm going to figure out how to lodge a complaint against citibank as they are a foreign bank registered in Canada.

The client made some simple requests in order to try to resolve some problems that he has with his account. The account has now gone to collections. The collection person at Citibank is not offering to help at all. He's even refused to send the client his contract.

Unbelievable.
