I've decided that I'm going to learn about real estate investing.
The more I'm learning about it, the more I'm realizing the vast scope of subjects that need to be studied.

I will strongly say that I will not use these strategies unless I am very certain about the whole process of real estate investing.

While financing properties is only one aspect of the business. There are many other things I need to learn about.

I intend to use the joint venture method, which means I get other partners involved in the process and day to day operations of the business.

Real estate investing is a business. It's best not to do it all yourself. It's best to find joint venture partners to help out.

This is the main lesson I'm learning.
