This is the third time Rudolph Strobel and Leanna created a fake email address and posed as a fake sibling. I think it's hysterical. What's so funny about this story, is that these people have the worst getto grammar, and just reading this crap sob story is so funny it's rediculous.

If you guys could read some of the letters this idiot sent the court, you would be in tears. The court staff lauged at the letters they received and thought that a 10 year old wrote them.

Good try at a good sob story Strobel, but I don't buy it. I know everything there is to know about you, and I know better. In my opinion you are a crook, a thief and a good for nothing ignorant half-ass criminal who got caught.

When I first saw Joe after 10-15 yrs..back about 2000-2001..He had been in extreme bad health and often told me and others he had not long to live...Now its 2008 and he still has health problems, but always been well enough to make money.Yesterday Morn, I heard from a niece he lost his son..he was murdered..I don't know details..I met Shane 1-2 times in his life..So Joe had Judgement and lost of a son and health..But maybe some of the people he did not help well, has losses and were worse off and had other things to worry about...

Joe had 8th grade education, Street smart..He was con artist has a kid, never stopped being one and he hated that word..Joe could talk a nun out of her habit. He found many ways to make money..some of it was actual labor..Yep..He could build house with the best..

My parents made him leave home at 14..Our Mom was STRICK.

Joe can be ruthless and very generous. But will end this of how Joe ( Lee) chose Credit as his next Target to make money....He had been very ill from Lightening that struck him..long recovery...Heart and knee problems and etc..He told me He was given a computer and said to himself.

Joe most likely did help some people..some he did not appartley..I know I was told by someone that i know well, They would not recommend him, as he cussed out his neighbor for being late w/pay and talked to him so bad, scared the man..Appartley Duane experienced same thing..

As far as God Bless and etc on his answering machine..he wrote a prayer book in prison to sell too..so take it for what it is worth..God will be his judge not us re if he was Christian..But, I have to say, if you are one, you wouldn't be ripping off people etc etc.. I will let court say if guilty or not...So if you got a credit problem, don't expect a quick easy fix by someone who is to good to be true...If you want to stick it to people with problems, learn You will be caught one day...

As far as LeAnna, She is real young She stopped being a nurse and went to work for him more than once..She always did as he told her..She has stood by him..She would protect him no matter what..I listened to tales of all they been thru the yrs we were apart..They always told same stories..

one last thing..30 yrs ago i was in a gro store and looked up at magizines
and there was his picture on front of Globe ..with a dead mermaid or something....I left store embarassed with out paying for gro..My husband

came back with me to see it and laughed and laughed..Also reminded me, no one in that store knew that was my brother..So..yep Joe has always lived life to the fullest..

Not a problem Monty, I believe you are good "people" as we say in Texas, and I appriciate you building this website, and doing all the work you do to keep it going.

There are good things and bad things associated with credit repair, and the average American/Canadian has no idea what the rights, laws & procedures are to regulate these guys.

Because of your website, thousands of people can be helped to understand, comprehend and repair credit on thier own. In retrospect, I would never have hired anyone, as I have very much enjoyed learning everything I have, and excersizing my right under the law. Because of the aforementioned, I have exponentially modified my credit reports for the better, in fact even making some money out of the deal, because most credit collectors act illegally because it's more effective and cheaper.

Because of this, and if you are sharp, you can make some $$$, fix your credit, and be your own attorney all at the same time.

At this very moment, I am suing ATT and West Collections inc, since I moved and paid my last bill in a recorded call. ATT fabricated some sort of last bill for 29.00 and sent it to West for collections 3 days after the bill was due. West took that $29.00 bill and placed it on my credit report without responding to my dispute letter, and in recorded telephone calls with West & ATT both they admitted "it's a mistake Mr. Davis, you don't owe us or ATT anything and we are not sure why this is happening, we'll fix it I promise, and we WILL NOT place this on your credit report" All of this was done in less than 25 days from service end to credit report entry.

My credit score dropped +129 points because of this, and despite certified mail disputing it, multiple recorded calls where they both admit fault, the entry is still on my credit report, and they both refuse to remove the entry.

Needless to say I've filed lawsuits against them both, and I'm even going a step further, filing complaints with the FTC, The Texas dept of utilities, The USPS for fraud, and I am furthermore moving forward with criminal misdomeanor charges against West IAW state law because the way this was handled is illegal.

There is alot more I am doing, but I'll just suffice by saying that I am trying my best to put them completely out of buisness, since they appear to not have a surety bond in one of more states, making them operators of an illegal credit collection company which is also a criminal offense (opinion)

Rudolph Strobel did more than piss me off, he set me off on a journey to make every credit collector sit back in thier seats and say "Jesus Christ what is this guys problem? Watch out when you call this guy he is on a serious mission" and/or "Don't piss this guy off, he'll sue us"

I am researching a way now to build a website, by which I offer all of my experiences, how I did all of this and offer my FREE help to anyone who wants to enact justice against unscrupules credit collectors, make some cash to buy a Harley and offer some "paybacks" to those who would torture us over bills.

I have updated/edited my posts in respect for Monty and his request. I am however, out for proverbial "blood" though in respect to Rudolph Strobel and Leana Harrison, and I will not stop until I see them both behind bars.

I honestly believe them to be criminals. I think that at one time, maybe these people were somewhat respectable and helped people, however as the years passed, it became easier to do nothing and just take peoples money and do nothing.

I believe that these actions were intentional, and at some point they did just enough to float by, barely doing anything.

I personally hope they lose thier house, property, lake house and everything else they have. Personally, I want to spit on them with a big thick hocker.......
