All my debts were in collection.People have to realize that you can settle debts with the creditor directly,even if it's in a collection agency.

Well, Joe.. I'm in the dogbox with many of those you've listed. Right now, most accounts are in collections, too. Perhaps if I had caught your posts sooner we could have swapped some info that may have helped aid my cause? No worries though.. I'm sure you'll be able to assist a few other cats out there in the interim.

I am noticing that the VM's being left in my box are sounding more and more vengeful lately. Not sure if I’m to interpret that as a sign of desperation, or, to take it that they are suiting up their armor for a battle?

I recall you saying that you got RBC down to 10c on the dollar in the end. Question, were you in collections at that point? Just trying to get a feel for how far these 3rd party clowns will bow down to? Let me know when time permits.

This title is a joke on the RBC site. This bank puts themselves first, before their clients. I know this from experience. Their true colors shows up when you are facing a financial difficulty, and your trying to settle to make things right. I would avoid this bank like the plague. Here are some banks listed below, that are willing to settle if you’re facing a financial crisis. I would try to settle with the creditor, before it goes to collection; I have the phone numbers, of the people that were helpful to me.
