Contact your local Ontario Dept of Justice - Consumer Protection. iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency is a collection agency that is regulated by the provincial govt. Ultimately you can complain to Consumer protection if you're not getting the correct response for them. Consumer Protection should have them licensed and thus have all of their contact info.

I'm sure you're going to have to produce evidence that you did fully pay what you agreed with iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency .

I always recommend that if you're going to deal with a collection agency that you get all of your transactions in writing. This solves alot of problems such as these when years later you're still trying to resolve the issues.
