If you recently paid Visa the entire amount, why is the collection agency still after you?
Which collection agency was this?
Which province are you in?

There are hours and rules for which collection agencies must work in.

I'm not sure about the rest of your questions because if you've paid the entire amount of the debt because of a court judgement, you shouldn't be collected at all.
