HBC reporting to Equifax

Caution: HBC (Hudson's Bay Canada) card is a department store card and is not regulated by Provincial of Federal Government as to what they report to Equifax and TransUnion.
If HBC reports something about you to the credit bureaus they are very unfriendly when it comes to fixing it. HBC was HOSTILE to me when I asked them to fix a client's account
They told me in no uncertain terms that they don't deal with "third party credit repair companies."
FYI... HBC will put you into R9 status if you don't pay your credit card for more than 6 months. At that point , it goes into their collection department.
R9 = Bad Debt, collections, or unable to locate. with Equifax. and TransUnion
This rating system IS NOT regulated by any governing bodies.
Hudson's Bay Canada is a publicly traded company
