I've used the Toronto Dominion Bank, Td Canada Trust for 30 years now. I've had the same mortgage with them on the same house for the last 30 years.

I have a credit card with the TD bank and a small loan for some house repairs that we did.

I don't really have any issues with TD bank. They've treated me well over the years. I haven't had any reason to shop other banks. It's interesting that in this day and age, there is alot more competition out there.

I have had a few problems with toronto dominion bank but they were sorted out in a reasonable amount of time. should i be shopping my loans around? I'm not sure.
